 SINCE 1994
Our company has been funded in 1994. 
Its initial form is the department of a photoelectric industry company group, which has been developed into a modern joint stock limited liability company manufacturing various digital panel meters for civilian, industrial instrument & astronautic testing instrument.
We built long-term cooperative relationship with universities and research institutions, which provides us good research and development (R&D) ability. There are more than 80 employees in our factory, with the R&D team having 8 members (including one doctor). We can provide original design manufacture (ODE) of digital panel meter according to user’s special requirement and application.
The production area covers 1100 square meters. There are 70 sets of equipment for production, tests, quality inspection and examination. We have one YAMAHA surface mount (SMT) machine, one reflow soldering oven, soldering robots, FLUKE5700A multifunction calibrators, Hi/Low temperature testing chambers, salt mist test chambers etc. These facilities keep us supplying high-quality products to our clients. The company has been granted ISO 9001 Quality Management System since 2001.

Thanks to the advanced automatic production equipment, high accuracy testing instruments and modern management system, we produce more than 300 kinds of digital panel to our clients.
Our XIELI brand covers digital panel meters such as general & specialized LED/LCD displayed AC/DC voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter, power meter, power factor meter, tachometer, thermometer, and meters with data communication etc. These products have been widely used for industrial welding machines, oil exploitation equipment, power system, high-speed railway control system, astronautic testing instrument, and processing control equipment etc.
Our products have been exported to North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia. We provide high-quality products and good service to our clients.
